THINGS TO KNOW

Thanks for your interest in visiting Saint Xavier University! We look forward to seeing you on campus. Please note:

In order to best accommodate you, group visits must be requested at least two weeks in advance of the desired visit date. You will be contacted directly by the Office of Admission once your request has been confirmed.

All special group visits begin at 10:00 a.m. and consist of an admission presentation by one of our Admission Counselors, an interactive student panel Q&A, and a walking tour of our beautiful 74-acre campus led by our student ambassadors.

Groups of fewer than 10 students as well as individual students and families should register for a regular Daily Campus Visit.
Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate groups consisting of high school aged students or older.
Groups cannot exceed 45 students.
We ask there is 1 chaperone present per 10 students.
Please plan to arrive on campus at our Information Desk at 9:45 a.m.
Special group visits are not available during the weekends, Spring Break, the Easter Holiday, summer months (May-August), or throughout University Winter Closure. Please see our Academic Calendar for details.
