Articulation Agreement

The goal of the Articulation Agreement between Fox College and Saint Xavier University is to create a seamless transition for transfer students intending to complete their baccalaureate degree at Saint Xavier University (SXU). An Articulation Agreement represents a formal agreement that allows a student to apply credits earned in the Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Medical degree programs at Fox College toward completion of a baccalaureate degree at Saint Xavier University.

The SXU programs to which this articulation agreement applies are the following:

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Applied Communication
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Liberal Studies
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Leadership and Public Administration
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Fast Track Program

General Guidelines

Students indicate their intention to participate in the program by filling out this form. This form should be submitted at least two semesters prior to your intended first semester at SXU to take advantage of services such as Academic Advising. Participants in the Articulation Agreement are subject to the same admission and degree requirements, as well as the same academic policies governing Saint Xavier University and Fox College students.

Instructions

Meet with your advisor at Fox College to verify eligibility to apply.
Submit this form to Saint Xavier University along with your unofficial Fox College transcript. The form and transcript can be mailed or emailed to admission@sxu.edu. Our address is Saint Xavier University, 3700 West 103rd Street, Chicago, IL 60655.
Upon SXU's confirmation of your eligibility for the Articulation Agreement, complete the Transfer Application for admission to SXU at www.sxu.edu, keyword: apply. Plan to apply at least two semesters before you intend to transfer to SXU to be eligible for scholarships. Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities in addition to other documents listed on the SXU undergraduate application.
