Application Management

Applicants to Saint Xavier University certify that the information submitted is complete and correct to the best of their knowledge and understand and acknowledge that the submission of false or incomplete information is grounds for denial of the application, withdrawal of any offer of acceptance, cancellation of enrollment, or any appropriate disciplinary action. The University reserves the right to deny or rescind admission if it learns at any time that the applicant has engaged in disrespectful, dishonest, or unethical behavior inconsistent with the University's Core Values. Additionally, in the age of artificial intelligence, Saint Xavier University monitors applications for accuracy and authenticity. Applicants may be selected to complete identity verification. 

TRANSFER/ADULT STUDENTS: 
Students who have attended another college or university or adult students returning to college to complete their bachelor's degree should complete our Transfer Application. 

ACCELERATED NURSING STUDENTS:
Start a Transfer application by creating an account below. Once you've created your account and set a password, Start New Application and select the Application Type of Undergraduate. Accelerated Nursing students apply for and are admitted for the Summer terms only.

GRADUATE STUDENTS:
Students who have, or will have, completed their bachelor's degree by the time they start the program to which they are applying are eligible to apply to any of the graduate programs. Start a Graduate application by creating an account below. Once you've created your account and set a password, Start New Application and select the Application Type of Graduate.
